  8. This License Agreement is your proof of license.
  9. Please treat it as valuable property.
  10.  
  11. LICENSE. This license permits you to use PR-Tracker on a single computer
  12. network. The number of users authorized to use this product on the 
  13. computer network is shown above and is governed by the accompanying
  14. registration number and license code. This license allows you to have one,
  15. and only one, copy of the PR-Tracker database file PRTRACK.KEY on the
  16. network, except that the file may be copied for archival or backup purposes.
  17. You may copy the program PRTRACK.EXE to as many computers as you like
  18. provided that only authorized users use the program. Note: This software is
  19. licensed to users, not to computers.
  20.  
  21. RESTRICTIONS. The users that are authorized to use PR-Tracker must be
  22. listed specifically in the User Setup dialog of PR-Tracker. You may not
  23. rent or lease PR-Tracker, but you may transfer the right to use PR-Tracker
  24. on a permanent basis provided you transfer the software and all written
  25. materials accompanying the software and retain no copies. Any transfer
  26. of software must include the most recent update and all prior versions.
  27.  
  28. COPYRIGHT.  PR-Tracker is owned by Softwise and is protected United States
  29. copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
  30.  
  31. LIMITED WARRANTY. Softwise warrants that the media on which PR-Tracker is
  32. distributed will be without defect for a period of 90 days from the date
  33. of receipt. Softwise makes no representation or warranty regarding the
  34. results obtainable through use of this software.

  36. CUSTOMER REMEDIES.  SoftwiseÆs entire liability and your exclusive remedy
  37. shall be at SoftwiseÆs option, either (a) return of the price paid or 
  38. (b) replace the media on which PR-Tracker is distributed.

  40. NO OTHER WARRANTIES.  Softwise disclaims all other warranties, either
  41. express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of
  42. merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to 
  43. PR-Tracker, and its accompanying written materials.

  45. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Softwise or its
  46. suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
  47. limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,
  48. loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the
  49. use of or inability to use PR-Tracker, even if Softwise has been advised
  50. of the possibility of such damages.
